Primary MnT showing no memory and CPU usage

I have this 8-node deployment running 2.1p3 still. For both MnT, it’s on its own 3595, showing in-sync, green check mark, all that. However, on the PAN home page, system health, only the secondary MnT is showing the memory and cpu usage, the primary MnT just shows nothing, but the flat line. Is this normal?

Are other ISE (non-MnT) nodes showing CPU/memory utilization?

Try running the report "Health Summary" under Operations > Reports > Diagnostics.

And, verify the localStore log via ISE admin CLI @ your primary MnT code:

     show logging application localStore/iseLocalStore.log | inc SysStatsUtilizationCpu

Have you tried a manual Sync on the Deployment page for that node. ? You might have to wait for sometime after that.
