problem with nac agent on ise 1.3

I have ise 1.3 running on SNS-3415

 I am running NAC agent on windows PC but the ise can't detect that the pc has a nac agent running and redirected it to unknown authorization profile

upgrading to ISE 2.0 must solve your isuse but let me know what is the NAC agent and NAD OS version  you are using
