radius accounting error message in ACS 5.3

This is a known defect.

CSCtx05302    ACS 5.2 Report generation failed. Cause: null

Symptom:

In ACS 5.2 when trying to run Radius accounting report from ACS view we may get the following error:

"Report generation failed. Cause: null".

Conditions:

There is problem with 'Acct_Session_Time' attribute. When this attribute was filled with data like '3,985,729,651' i.e 10 digit numbers, report generation is failing. But it was storing into database without any issues.

Workaround:

NA

Fixed:

ACS 5.4.0.20

We need a fix for this bug, 5.4 is not there yet.

You will have to open a tac case in order to get the severity of this issue raised since we dont have a visibility of when patches and versions are released. It would be best if this is an urgent issue.
