I have ACS 4.1 for Windows and want to upgrade to 4.2. I don't have smartnet on 4.1. When looking at the Cisco Price list I don't see an option for smartnet on 4.1. I also don't see an option for an upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2. What options do I have to get 4.1 upgraded to 4.2? Thanks. Dave
David,
ACS full software's are not listed on CCO (even if you have a valid contract)and can be provided via TAC.
To upgrade ACS we need to have a software upgrade contract.
I would suggest to open a case with TAC and most likely upgrade should be covered in your existing contract since it is a minor upgrade.
You can also touch base with Cisco rep assigned to you site.
Let me know if you have any question.

JG,
Thanks for the information. I will pursue the upgrade via TAC or my Rep.
