Self registered Guest Email Notification with Header and footer image

Hi Team,

Am trying to add a Header and footer image to the guest email notification, when I add the image on the top and bottom to the email subject. The footer image is shown in the heading and the other image is not visible. Let me know if someone did this type of customization on guest email.

Please show us what you did. It is hard to make suggestions without a clear example.

Am configuring the email template as below.

But when the guest receives the mail with credentials, the footer image is missing in the mail. Below is the sample mail.

Where is this configured?

How are you adding the images?

Copying and pasting the image or using an HTML <img> tag?

Is the header image identical to the footer?

The more details you provide, the faster we may be able to help.

Configured Under Guest Access > Portal and components > Self-register Portal >Portal Page Customization > Notifications > Email.

Images are uploaded to Custom portal files. Inserting the images using the insert file option.

Header and footer images are different in actual setup. But the footer image is getting displayed as header in the email subject.

@Aravind Ravichandran I believe ISE is mainly to use a logo for email notifications. Previously, CSCvm00127 is addressed to add an image file uploaded via the custom portal files but the fix still limits to the header location. You may try inline embedding or linking to the image location.
