SNMP MIB files for ISE 2.4

Customer is looking for SNMP MIB files for ISE 2.4. I am not able to find out same.

Can you help me to get it?

There is no ISE-specific MIB.  Standard MIBs are used to monitor ISE.

Is there any way I can poll for the Individual node's authentication latency from an external monitoring system (basically the same

thing it shows on the ISE GUI Home page)?

Authentication latency is part of system statistics. You may create a remote logging target to receive that message category via SYSLOG.
