TACACS compatibility

Hi, 

I'm searching for an official cisco document to verify if a non cisco device is compatible with  TACACS to be managed by it (vía ISE).

TACACS+ is an IETF standard. Assuming the third party (non Cisco) device supports TACACS+, then they can leverage ISE.
