I need some Technical Assistance regarding setting up the Radius server . I am currently have an enterprise network with Fortigate Firewall wherein i have Multiple VLANS Created like DATA VLAN, WIFI VLAN,CCTV VLAN,VOICE VLAN AND MANAGEMENT VLAN .All my Access points are Ruckus with Trunk port configuration on Aruba Managed Switch. I have my NPS server configured on my Active Directory Server and i have two requirements:
- All those who are not connected to domain server should be able to access the internet after proper authentication of user credentials given to them but for the users who are already login through domain credentials should be authenticated automatically.
- All the devices should be monitored on NPS Server on an interface
Currently I have done all the required configuration needed to setup the NPS server on both fortigate firewall and NPS (Radius Server like creating and configuring NPS Clients etc.) but upon testing connection in Radius server option available on firewall it its “can’t contact radius server “.
KINDLY HELP ME TO RESLOVE THE ISSUE.
