UNABLE TO ADD A DEVICE ON CISCO ACS SERVER

Hello All, I've issues adding some of my switches on the Cisco ACS server, it gives an error message is "Object you're trying to create already exists" . But when I search for this device on the ACS server using the IP address I can't find it.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue ???

First i see you ran out of count ? what version of ACS is this ?

May good to look again the IP address / or name already in the list

The version of the ACS server is 5.4.

i would check with name and IP again by exporting the devices in Excel.
