Unable to export ISE devices

It seem that I can not export any network devices when I am sorting those devices by a filter.  I am running ISE 2.6 patch 5. I've tried different browsers all with the same result.

Hi Ping,

The filed defect only applies if the "Description field" is empty.

The below defect has been filed for this issue:

CSCvt99388: Export of NAD is not working when the "Description" field is Empty

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvt99388,

However it will take some time to be externally visible.

Hi,

Do you get any error messages or it just doesn't do anything? Have you tried Internet Explorer 11.x?

I was able to filter the network device Name by a single letter (46 of 122 matched) then sort by IP address and Export.

The exported CSV file matched exactly what was onscreen.

Please be very explicit about what you clicked or filtered on and the exact error message for us to provide comments.

Here is the an example of the devices with the filter(s).Screen Shot 2020-03-31 at 5.28.47 PM.png

Here are those same three items that are selected for export to csv.

This is the result of the export.Screen Shot 2020-03-31 at 5.46.47 PM.png

The save file should include the date time stamp which the current file does not.

Hi David,

I am experiencing the same issue.

I cannot export any network devices when I make selections or try to export all network devices.

It's Cisco ISE 2.6 patch5 just like yours.

Did you get any workaround?

It is a big that TAC has discovered. I am waiting for resolution from Cisco

Can you share the bug ID if you don’t mind. Thanks.
