Unable to Join AD to ISE

Hi All,

We have a Cisco ISE in our deployment running on version 2.4 and patch 13, while joining AD to ISE we are getting the below attached error. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Hi @ChrisAnk ,

 please double check if you have a Site for your ISE Nodes:

Administration > Identity Management > External Identity Sources
Active Directory > select your AD

Note: if you click on any of the links related to Warning or Failed, you are able to check more info.

You screenshot is from the Active Diagnostic Tool page. Please try joining again and get the error details over there. If the error details not giving you enough info to resolve it yourself, you are likely needing to engage Cisco TAC.

CSCvg31706 is resolved before ISE 2.4 FCS so not applicable to you.
