Hey there
has anyone else experience this problem? Is it my windows 7 flash player causing this?Thanks

Hi Blake,
I assume you are reffering to the following video presentations: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps9911/prod_presentation_list.html ?
I have tested them on Windows 7 in IE with flash player 10.1 and have found that they play without issue. What version of flash are you using?
