Unable to login ACS servers(5.8) on console,gui and ssh. But ACS server running fine.

Hi Team,

I currently unable to login ACS on all method (GUI,CLI and Console).

This ACS running fine right now, all users PC can access system. But need to add new mac address pc/laptop

for new deployment on ACS. 

If i reboot the ACS, current users will be effect ?

During the reboot and app restart, no new authentication will work unless NADs have critical auth. The existing authenticated endpoints should not be affected. Nonetheless best to schedule a maintenance window or do it during off hours.

ACS 5.x will be ending software support within a year so please plan to migrate to ISE.
