There is a bug in 1.4 patch 3 on the SMS gateway settings of ISE. If you attempted to add a new SMS gateway with the SMS Email Gateway option you have to enter an e-mail address in the optional Provider account address and SMTP API destination address. This generally need to be blank, but it wont let you modify any of the existing entries or add new entries if these optional fields are not filled in.

Was this working for you before, i think the bug is in the description because all cisco did was provide the domains for the telco providers, you still have to put in the account info to use the service if I am not mistaken.
That is my thought if you were going to use the service.

It will work the way that it is. The example in the screen shot is for Verizon. What this does is takes the users cell phone number and sends it to cellphoneNumber@vzwpix.com, which is the smtp gateway for Verizon. I would like to add another carrier like that one, but I cannot, since it will not allow another one to be added the same way.

Tarik, yesterday I looked at a previous install that I did a few weeks back that hasn't been patched. I was indeed able to create a new entry without having to put data in the optional fields.
