Upgrade Cisco 2.2.0 to 2.3.0 Error: ISE Database upgrade failed because error report in UPS Schema

Hi,

I have the version of Cisco 2.2.0 with Patch3 and I want to upgrade to version 2.3.0, but at the beginning of the update I get the following error.

STEP 5: Running ISE configuration database schema upgrade ...
- Running db sanity to check and fix if any index corruption
- Auto Upgrading Schema for UPS Model
% Error: ISE Database upgrade failed because error report in UPS Schema upgrade
% Error: ISE database schema upgrade failed!

Any idea how I can fix this error?

Best open a TAC case.  I had URT fail during ISE 2.2patch2 pre-upgrade check and in my case it was due to a bug in URT that could not handle the PAN Failover mode.  The TAC had to delete a few rows out of the Oracle DB and then the URT ran fine. 

URT is great - but also relatively new - so best place to ask is the TAC.
