User-Changeable Password Utility in CIsco ACS Problem

Running ACS for windows version 3.1, installed the User-changeable password utility (UCP).

Intermittently when users try to change there passwords they go to the website enter there current ID & password and they are getting "Error:Login failure". Checked the permissions, access rights for the box check out OK.

Anyone else having this problem ??

What version of UCP is this? If it's the version off the CD, then it does have some problems, try downloading the one off the web site (http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cs-acs-win)
