Users can't connect SSID after changing password next-login in ISE

Dear All,

We have created user for wireless from cisco ISE (Identities -> Network Access Users -> New User) and set ' Change Password Next login'. When the user is trying to connect the SSID with username and password, he is getting the prompt of next login but after changing the password the connection is  failed. But, when he is trying with pre-defined password he can connect.

Please have the error log from ISE :
