A user performing RDS remote desktop (RDP) to a workstation is prompted a second time for their credentials.
With the installation of the Cisco AnyConnect supplicant, changes in RDS/ RDP behavior. The Cisco AnyConnect client will now handle all network functions and one of those is to pass credentials to the ISE servers. Users will initiate an RDP session and get the initial prompt for their credentials.
The User upon entering their credentials successfully, they will see the remote PC’s login screen. The second prompt is for the credentials that will be passed to the ISE servers.
