When ISE Apex or Plus licenses expire, how will ISE respond?

I know when an install exceeds a license count, that alarms are given but there is no hard enforcement.  In the case where a Plus or Apex license expires, how is the user affected?  Will ISE lock out the UI for all but licensing, lock out only Plus and Apex features, or something else? What will end-users experience, if anything?

Thank you!

Thomas, the current ISE Ordering Guide only mentions what's the behavior post 2.2. Can you please specify what's the Plus and Apex License Expiration behavior on 2.0?

Thanks

pjatapro please update the Licensing Guide to include these details.

Can you respond here with the answer for Daniel, too?
