API support for Cisco C1100 ISR routers

Does the C1100 ISR routers running 16.9.x and above have any support for Rest API.  I can not find any definitive answer from Cisco with respect to that particular Cisco router model.

 Although seems not exist a clear document related to ISR1100, I believe it does as it support netconfig

And then we have this doc from cisco about Rest API over netconfig
