hello, please re-try access to https://sandboxdnac.cisco.com as we are not seeing an issue with the public DNAC service.

Always On https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/DevNet/catalog/Catalyst-Center-Always-On

Reservation: https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/DevNet/catalog/dnac-sandbox
