I originally set up the switch using the console cable and port, but I don't physically have the cable on me at the moment when I need to make changes to the switch.
During CLI's basic setup, I assigned the Gi1/0/1 port as the Management port, but did not specify an IP address. Now that I only have a regular RJ45 ethernet cable, am I out of luck to be able to connect to my switch?
Thanks in advance!

Since there is no IP assigned to it, it hard to configure any further, since there is no IP address you can gain access SSh/Telnet in to switch.
try to source console cable and make the necessary startup-config and test it and save it.
or you try other option factory reset :

Thank you for your quick response! Just out of curiosity is there a default IP address that might be accessible in this instance?
EDIT: Even if it's only for WebUI?

If you started initial config, it will be your basic config, if you reset you will see the default IP as mentioned in the document.
Or try your Luck connecting your Laptop as it status see if you get any IP address from DHCP?

Unfortunately I am getting the 169.254.9.102 address when I try to connect to that port. I can't reset the switch back to defaults as the general configuration is calibrated to where I want it to be. Thank you still @balaji.bandi for being willing to help me out.

So we have no option than get a console cable when it convenient add IP address for the device to manage, make sense?

The original poster tells us that they configured a management port but did not assign an IP address. We are also told that " the general configuration is calibrated to where I want it to be". I wonder what else is in the running config and whether something there might be useful. Is there a copy of the running config that we could see?
