Hello,
I was asked to post this question here regarding Cisco Active Advisor. I have never accessed the site before and am trying to do so for the first time. The AA site asks me to use my Cisco credentials. If I attempt that, it states that my username/password are invalid and to try again. My credentials work fine for accessing Cisco.com. I tried creating a new account from the page link to attempt to access it at all and I could not with brand new credentials either.
Does anyone know if something further needs to be done to access Active Advisor?

Thanks much. I was able to get in with assistance from caa-help@cisco.com. Was using my login and not my CCOID. Just complete misunderstanding on my part.
