I am working on cisco ACS 5.0, authentication is working fine on netscreen. Can acs be used for authorization and accounting of netscreen devices. if yes please guide what will be the configurations.

ScreenOS (6.0 or later) only supports TACACS for authentication. Reference the 6.0 Release Notes.
JunOS (e.g. SRX series Juniper firewalls) supports the full AAA set of functions with TACACS.
