We have almost 200 AP 1200's and when they were deployed, they only enabled WEP and not with MAC filtering. More than 300 laptops will be using this access points and what I want to do is list all the mac address of those laptops to the AP's. Is there any easy way to do this? We have Cisco Works and hoping that we can push the mac filtering to all the AP's installed. Is it logical what we are trying to accomplish here? I know it's better to have both wep and mac filtering enabled.

I would suggest using TKIP with PEAP instead of WEP as it can be easily broken into.
This not only provides better security than WEP but also is easier to manage and maintain.
All you need is a Certificate or a Certificate Server and a Radius Server, the users can use their existing logons to autheticate to the wireless APs
