Adjust TCAM tables in 7600 router

I have run into an issue where I am getting this error:

%MLSCEF-SP-4-FIB_EXCEPTION_THRESHOLD: Hardware CEF entry usage is at 95% capacity for MPLS protocol.

Currently I am set up like this:

FIB TCAM maximum routes :
=======================
Current :-
-------
 IPv4                - 900k
 MPLS                - 20k
 IPv6 + IP Multicast - 48k (default)

And I have the current exception status:

#sh mls cef exception status
Current IPv4 FIB exception state = FALSE
Current IPv6 FIB exception state = TRUE
Current MPLS FIB exception state = TRUE

and I have the current summary:

#sh mls cef summary

Total routes:                     783690
    IPv4 unicast routes:          714439
    IPv4 Multicast routes:        4
    MPLS routes:                  20480
    IPv6 unicast routes:          48767
    IPv6 multicast routes:        3
    EoM routes:                   0

I Realize that updating this will require a reboot. I see that cisco says my card RSP720-3CXL-GE has space for 1 million. So looking at this it looks like I will be able to use 32k more routes. so I can add 20 to the MPLS and 12 to the IPv6. Is this correct? Will this require a reboot after each change? Or can I change everything then reboot? Does anyone have any opinions my plan for splitting up the TCAM space?
