Hi,
I have a new AP, Aironet 702i.
We had wrongly installed ap1g1-k9w8-tar.152-4.JB6.tar (lightweight IOS) at first. We have now converted it to an autonomous AP.
So now we have ap1g1-k9w7-mx.153-3.JBB5 IOS installed.
My problem is that when I want to synchronise this AP in Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2, I have this error message:
Collection Status : An unexpected error has occurred:
# Check the device is in supported device list in deployment guide.
# Check there is connectivity between the device and PI
# Check the device credentials provided are valid
# Finally if the problem still persists then contact Cisco System's technical assistance center
Error(s): You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: Error:Object ''AutonomousAp'' does not exist. Error:Unknown Exception Occurred. If the problem persists please send logs to the Tech Support.
What can I do?
