ANI CW2000

Greetings all,

I have recently reinstalled CW2000 as the server running it crashed, the problem is even if I login as admin(super user) I can not find the ANI server tab, I have also checked

Process to make sure that ANI server is running, but still can’t find the ANI on the main menu.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

If this is on Windows:

- did you perform the installation via Terminal Services?

- were you logged in as local administrator?

- did you clean up the registry before attemting the installation?

Its fine now,logged in as local admin and reinstalled CW.

All the devices have now been discovered,but only the

2651 and 3550 are shown green with a ? mark on it.

I have Campus Man 3.2,any ideas ?

Make sure you have the latest IDU (3.0) available for Campus Manager 3.2:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-campus

If the devices still show up with the latest IDU, then you might have to upgrade to a newer version of LMS.
