ANI SERVER download ?

hi guys,

i have installed DFM and CM on VMS server and everything works fine with DFM. With CM, I need to install the ANI server. Where do i download or install the ANI server application from ? Is it on CD one ? I have installed Ciscoworks from VMS and havent used the CD one of LMS.

Is there anyway I can download ANI server software ? where else can i find the application for ANI ? Can i use campus manager without ANI ?

Raj,

You'll need to install it from CD one. Don't forget to go back to Cisco.com and get all the updates.

Thanks for ur reply.. i want to install only ANI server . i have ciscoworks already installed through VMS package... can i install only ANI server using CD one ? I actually want the ANI server for the campus manager. without that the CM doesnt work

No, you cannot just install ANI Server from CD-One. CD-One is the pre-req and then use the CM CD to install the ANI part.

nothing concerned with ANI is installed from the campus manager CD. I have already installed the campus manager to the VMS PC. I just need the ANI server now. I think , as steve said, it is a part of the CD one package..

now the only question i have is, will there be any problems installing the CD one on this server, as I already have the ciscoworks 2000 installed and running, which I had done it through the VMS package.. By installing CD one on the VMS, will the functionality of ciscoworks affect in anyway ?

hey guys,

I had infact tried installing CD one on my VMS server (for ANI), but i wasnt able to install.. it said i had a better versions of java/RME/ciscoview etcccc and said i cannot downgrade.. am i in soup now ? cant i install ANI at all ?? :(
