I am bringing up a new version of Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 using the soft appliance in a VM environment. I have successfully licensed the new LMS and done a Data Migration from a Windows-hosted LMS 4.0.1. The Data Migration did not show any errors, however afterwards the ANIDbEngine and ANIServer will not start. The status of these two processes shows "Administrator has shut down this server" and "Never started" respectively. Using the Web GUI, Admin->Server Monitoring->Selftest shows the following result:
FAIL Self Test Fail to query ani.DbVersion, Error: Invalid user ID or password (DBD: login failed)
Self Test Fail to query ani.SYSTABLE, Error: Invalid user ID or password (DBD: login failed)
I know that the ANI processes were working before the Data Migration. What do I need to do to get ANI working again?
