Hi guys,

Having an issue with our ASA 5515-x with Security Plus License. I was under the impression that AnyConnect for Mobile should be included with this but it's showing as disabled.

Any ideas or know if we need an additional license of some kind?

You have the Security Plus and the AnyConnect Essentials licenses. I am pretty sure that AnyConnect for Mobile was a separate feature and required a separate license. However Cisco has announced End of Life for AnyConnect for Mobile (and also for AnyConnect Essentials). See this link for details about it and identification of replacements

Thanks for confirming Richard, that's what I thought.

In that case shouldn't the AnyConnect for Mobile be included in our Security Plus license now it's not a separate thing?

Not sure why it's showing as disabled still.

Unfortunately AnyConnect for Mobile is not included in your Security Plus license. Look in the link that I gave you and look down near the bottom for Product Migration Options  and you will find that they want you to upgrade your AnyConnect Essentials license to Plus or Apex.
