AP added to PI 3.0.2

Hello,

we are running PI 3.0.2 and we recently added a WLC (5520) to PI. Unfortunately we only see one AP on PI, where there are in fact 69 AP registered to the WLC.  Isn't the WLC supposed to sync all its information to PI?

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

What model are the APs ?

we have the following models:

AIR-AP2802I-E-K9

AIR-AP3802E-E-K9

AIR-CAP1532E-E-K9

And this is the problem. :)

The PI support for APs 2800 and 3800 begins in version 3.1.1. Now you can only see the 1532 AP.

You have to upgrade Prime, preferably to version 3.1.4
