archive management and inventory collection failed

Hi,

we have the following problems with lms 3.2 on windows. Archive management and inventory collection fail.

The following messages we get:

DCMA0055: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "JRM" : Not found !!

DCMA0077: Could not create job. Check dcmaclient.log for more details.

Someone recommend to remove the following files ctmregistry and ctmregistry.backup.

Will this fix the issue?

Hi

It sounds like some of the ports that should be reserved for RME are in use.  To get over that, delete the  ctmregistry and ctmregistry.backup files and then restart LMS.  You can find them ../MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib/

If the problem persists please attach the output of 'pdshow -brief' & 'netstat -anob'.  Also include the dcmaclient.log, ctm.log, CTMJrmServer.log and the rme_ctm.log.
