Asa Firewall

Hello all,

Please i suddenly lost connection to my Asa firewall remotely and also could not access the vpn created. The vpn uses LDAP for user authentication. i was able to get the firewall and vpn working by hard rebooting the firewall, however i want to know what could have caused this issue. Thanks

as you have rebooted the device, the first point to start troubleshooting has lost most of its it's historical information
you can search if any recent crash files are present on the device (in flash)

Do you have a syslog server configured to collect log information? or any monitoring (snmp) server that collects information?
this is the second best point
