Hi all,
anybody here who can give me a Tip for a Software Tool for centralized ASA Remotemanagement?
Main Features i need is automated Backup, Change Logging for Config files, Failover check.

RANCID will do the first two of the three for free. It requires a Linus host and a bit of manual configuration but there's plenty of info available on the net for that.
Add a syslog manager tool like the free version of SolarWinds Kiwi syslog manager for the third and you've met those requirements.
Or pay several thousand for Cisco Prime Infrastructure to do those things (plus about 100 more that you didn't ask for).
