ASR 1001 Licenses changed from lifetime to limited help

HI,

I bought 5 ASR 1001 from a 3rd party with licenses already installed.  They have been up and running for almost a year.  Several licences for example "throughput"  has changed see the excerpt from RANCID:

  ! Index 26 Feature: throughput                    

- !            Period left: Life time

- !            License Type: RightToUse

+ !           Period left: <limited>

+ !           License Type: EvalRightToUse

Can someone please tell me under what circumstances who make this change happen?
