I have an ASR 1001-X (Bandwidth throughput is 20Gbps), incoming from WAN link (uplink) is 2 x 10Gbps connected into 2x10GE port.

so, my concern is whether this router is good enough to support?

Ok, the license shows "20 Gbps" and the throughput concurs.
This means each unit is capable of supporting 20 Gbps of traffic -- not on a "per interface" point of view but an entire chassis.

That will depend on the license enabled.
Post the complete output to the following commands:

sh license feature
sh platform hardware throughput level

The license enable is 20Gbps.

total performance bandwidth need to calculate in downlink ports as well? or just refer to uplink ports with total bandwidth?

you can refer to my design in my post.

I want to see the output to the commands requested.

Dear Leo,

As per requested.

Thanks Leo. Appreciated.

Based on this design, i need to add 1 more unit of license to cater 40Gbps throughput. because this design is Full Duplex. @Leo Laohoo
