ASR-920-24TZ-M License upgrade from metroaccess to metroipaccess

I have upgraded my ASR-920-24TZ-M to a new ios so that i can achieve bgp routing. still could not achieve it because it has metroaccess license how can i upgrade it to metroipaccess?
