Hello,
Previously, on ASR9K (OS version: 5.3.4), I used to backup the admin config file stored in disk0:/config/admin/admin.cfg but now with (OS version: 6.8.2) I have an error:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:ASR9K1-01#dir disk0:/config/admin/admin.cfg
Mon Jun 24 16:02:01.196 EST
Process 1779823001 (filesys_cli) terminated SIGSEGV code=1 fltno=11 ip=f67554a0 ref=00000000
Can you help please ?
Thank you

Hello @ancast
it would be best to open a case with Cisco TAC. Provide them with the error details and any relevant logs. They can offer more in-depth support and possibly identify the root cause more effectively.
