Guys,

I'm getting this message from a specific Access Point.

I've done a debug snmp packet and a debug snmp headers. However, none of the two suggests to me this is a problem or even shows where the error may be. Is this really an SNMP issue.

It looks like something may be messed up with your trap manager.  The OIDs in this trap indicate it is a configuration management event, not an

authentication failure.  The specifics point to someone changing the running configuration from the CLI.  You may want to get a packet capture on your SNMP manager to see exactly what trap is being sent.  If you confirm a configuration management event, then see how you can fix the mapping within your manager to display the correct event name.
