CIscoworks LMS 3.2 on Windows Server 2008 64Bits

Hi guys,

I am trying to running Ciscoworks on Windows Server 2008 64Bits.

The problem that i am facing is my Ciscoworks LicenseServer process does not start.

When i try to run the cwjava.exe command the following message appears:

"Unable to locate CiscoWorks Installation Directory"

The Ciscoworks application is installed in "c:\program files (x86)\" folder and the Environment Variables are correct in the Computer Properties.

There is no cwjava.exe processes running on the server.

Hi,

Kindly post pdshow output from the cli like this :-

c:\pdshow > c:\pdshow.txt

and the install log which you can find on your the directory where windows is installed usually C:\

It should be starting with the name :- CiscoWorks

I have installed CW in a different directory path.
