1) For the backup go in Admin > System > Backup here you can choose directory thath you save and the schedule, and for re-imported :
Admin > Getting Started
Data Migration
You can migrate data from earlier versions, or the same version of LMS. Your current data will be lost during migration. Ensure that you have a backup of the current data, if required.
To start data migration:
1.Store the backup archive in the server to which you want to migrate the data.
2.Go to command prompt and stop the daemons using the following command:
•For Windows:
net stop crmdmgtd
•For Solaris or Soft Appliance:
/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop
3.Run the command:
•For Windows:
NMSROOT\bin\perl NMSROOT\bin\restorebackup.pl -d backup_directory
•For Solaris or Soft Appliance:
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/restorebackup.pl -d backup_directory
where, NMSROOT is the LMS installation directory.
backup_directory is the directory in which the backup archive is located.
4.Once the migration is complete, start the daemons using the following command:
•For Windows:
net start crmdmgtd
•For Solaris or Soft Appliance:
/etc/init.d/dmgtd start
2)admin passoword:
