Dear Jitender,

Greeting of the day

I have checked JIO ILL direct on laptop and i am getting full speed on laptop. but when i was plug on router WAN port then check through router lan port from connect with laptop then i am getting Download 7 and upload 50 speed.

Thanks & Regards

Rajan

Hi,

you need to check below thinks first

1. check ISP router/modem interface speed its manual set or auto-negotiation.

Mostly ISP service providers leave it auto so in that case, you need to set your router interface as auto assuming the isp router interface is on auto-negotiation and you have configured speed manual 100mbps duplex-full.

Set interface auto negotiation and check.

Thanks,
Jitendra

Hello,

as stated, the interface shows a massive amount of input and crc errors, which point to a physical problem with the cable and/or the port. Try another port and change the cable (make sure you are using something like Cat6 or higher...)

i am using cat6 cable and also I have change the cable.

Hello,

what about another port ?
