This morning cusotmer's Unity was not functional until we reboot the server. After system running, we find some errors in application log, so I am trying to set up SNMP trap for those events. However, it is only a reactive approach. Does anyone have a best pratice of Unity and Call Manager management? There are lots of Component sources in SNMP trap setting, what are the critical things we need to look at. Also if Unity related service, e.g. AvCsMgr got failure during the midnight, how Unity server can send trap to our HPOV NNM or send notification by e-mail, etc.
