how can i block udp traffic flooding from below tool

just have cisco router 2900 series and core switch 4500X

Hi there,

Consider implementing unicast storm control on the switchports connected to end user devices. This will prevent upstream links from being saturated. Avoid implementing storm control on the trunk links as the dropping mechanism will affect other 'innocent' traffic.
