I have the Cisco WS-C2960X-24PS-L 15.2(7)E3
nothing is entered under dashboard monitoring clients.
What could be the reason for this? Did I forget to configure anything on the 2960? Does it need any startup command to collect this information?

entered under dashboard monitoring clients. - Can you explain more about what dashboard? is this NMS or what Monitoring system, what kind of results you expecting any screenshot would help to understand the issue.

by starting the web gui of the c2960x. I change language to German or Englisch without changes

Hello
the error occurs regardless of the language and is present in English as well as in any other language.
It occurs under chrome and also IE or Firefox.
The switch is almost completely occupied with PC, Server or further uplinks to switch.
I would like to know which devices or at least which MAC addresses are connected to which ports in order to create the documentation of the port assignment.
I just want to know if the switch or the software has a problem.
these switches have been sold thousands of times , why can't anyone give me any information on this topic?
Is there another way to get this information from the device?

I do not have Cat 2960 to test for you, what i undersdtand once you change the Language, it stop working ? is this correct ?
as i see screenshot you looking switch port 10 ? do you have any device connectged that port ? can you able to see other ports ?
