C9200L switch PoE power static configuration is not made

Hello Professionals,

I'm having an PoE power provider issue from my Cisco 9200L switch but not sure it is hardware defect or one of bugs.

So, here is my switch ver:

Switch Ports Model SW Version SW Image Mode
------ ----- ----- ---------- ---------- ----
* 1 32 C9200-24P 16.12.3a CAT9K_LITE_IOSXE INSTALL

and there are two 2802E-K9 Cisco AP connected.

However, Cisco AP can't get full power even the switch provides PoE+, so I manually provide power watts to be 30 watts.

On the contrary my efforts, my Access Points are still has medium power and no one connects to this AP.

Furthermore, switch can't even recognize Cisco AP.

Do you think that is hardward defects? or bug?

I desperately needed your help.

Thank you very much.

That is wrong.  This AP is 2802e (and not a 2802i).  This means it does not require <20.0 WAC.

Console into the AP, reboot and post the entire bootup process.

This issue is not PoE-related.

I agree with Leo
my guess is the access point has a lightweight image, and is not able to discover any wireless controller on the network
with no controller it does not need 30Watts of power, because it has no WLANS /SSID's to transmit (radio's are turned off)

I appreciate all of your comments. Let me try re-processing AP first and come back to share the result. Wish me luck!
