Hi

While using the cable diagnostic tool to check the cable, I observed that Pair B measures 137 +/- 10 meters, while the other pairs are approximately 60 +/- 10 meters. How is this calculated, considering that all pairs belong to the same cable?

I don't think you can do the test on an SFP port.

Got some results like that too. Will be interested to see what experience others have. But with such a result, you should do a more serious measurement with professional equipment, I think.

Or should I see the result as passed because it says "Normal".

Is this a PoE switch and runs on IOS-XE?

I would say it could be a defective cable.
