I have two computers connected through cisco router.

How to check the throughput of router while transferring files from one computer to other?

Is there any command or software to know the throughput?

Answer requested as early as possible.

May best to test via Router example :

PC----Gi1/1 (Router)---Gi 1/2 -PC2

use Iperf or jperf  (easy and portable one for windows to test)
