Call Managers not not working in Campus Manager 5.2.1

Hello,

I'm trying to manage some call managers in our network. They are being discovered by CS, DFM and RME successfully however not in Campus Manager.

Read only SNMP is configured in all call managers. Anyone experienced this problem? Please share the solution.

When you say "not discovered" do you mean it is not put on the layer2 topology map?

Try turning on CDP on the callmanagers

Hi Michel,

The call managers are not showing in the Campus Manager and yes they are not also showing in the layer 2 topology map.

I'll try turning on the CDP and will let you know.

Another service to check if the callmanager SNMP service. Otherwise the CCM is seen as just a host.
